Can I order a Gift Card online and pick it up at my local Pappas Restaurant?

No, all online orders must be shipped to a physical address. You can order an E-Gift Card and have it delivered immediately to a recipient’s email address here.

Does Pappas provide discounts for corporate or large volume Gift Card purchases?

Yes, on Gift Card orders of $500 or more. Please call our corporate office at 1-877-277-2748 and we will be happy to go over our current discounts and promotions with you.

What happens if my Gift Cards are lost or stolen?

Always protect your Gift Card as if it were cash. In the event that you do lose your Gift Card, call us at 1-877-277-2748 and we can help. Please have your card number or the receipt available when calling.

What are the Terms and Conditions of a Physical Pappas Gift Card?

Pappas Gift Cards are redeemable for food and beverages at any of the Pappas Family of Restaurants. Funds will be deducted from your Card until there are no funds remaining. The Card is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. There is no cash value on the Card until activated. The Card has no expiration date. Lost, stolen or damaged Cards may be replaced for the remaining value at Issuer’s election with purchase receipt and Card number.

  • Overnight orders must be received by 3:00 PM CST to ship the same day.
  • Orders received Friday after 3:00 PM CST will be shipped on Monday.
  • We are not able to send 2-Day or Overnight orders to a P.O. Box.

Can I mail a Gift Card to another person?

Can I send myself E-Gift Cards since I want to give them to my friends, colleagues, and family?

Yes, you can send yourself E-Gift Cards. When purchasing E-Gift Cards, simply enter your information on the "Recipient Information" page. Once you receive the E-Gift Card via email, you can forward it to others or print it then share it.

How will the recipient know that I sent them an E-Gift Card?

The recipient will be notified via email.

How will I know the recipient opened their E-Gift Card?

How long will it take for an E-Gift Card to be received?

The E-Gift Card will be received the same day! All E-Gift Cards purchased are subject to Credit Card and security processing. This typically occurs within 20 minutes, however it could take up to 24 hours. If E-Gift Cards are not received within 24 hours of the selected delivery date please contact Customer Support.

Can I schedule an E-Gift Card to be delivered at a future date and time?

Absolutely! E-Gift Cards can be delivered at a future date and time up to 1 year from the purchase date.

I recently purchased and sent an E-Gift Card but it has not arrived. What should I do?

Occasionally E-Gift Cards are intercepted by spam filters. Please check with the recipient to see if their E-Gift Card is in their spam or junk folders. It is also possible that the email address was incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Please check the email address you entered for the recipient.

I sent my E-Gift Card to the wrong email address / mobile phone number. Can I send it to a different email address / mobile phone number?

To resend your E-Gift Card please contact Customer Support.

I am having trouble viewing my E-Gift Card email. How can I access it?

Some email systems and browsers are set to block images and pop-ups which can prevent a recipient from receiving their E-Gift Card. Check to ensure the pop-up blocker is temporarily disabled; this is typically a yellow box of text just below the browser tabs.

I inadvertently deleted my E-Gift Card before I could use it. How do I request a replacement?
